C. Approval of Minutes: Motion to accept minutes made by Alyson Heimer, seconded by Leslie Radcliffe: unanimous approval. No March minutes; tabled until June meeting.

D. Approval of Agenda: moved by majority

E. Presentation: Confidentiality, FOIA and Use of Email to Conduct Business by Tom Hennick, CT Freedom of Information Commission. Tom Hennick answered questions from members after his presentation.

F. Internal Affairs Report: presented by Lt. Duff
Five C cases were closed this month and ready for review.
Twelve Cases and one I case was received in April.
IA will be expanding into the Credit Union space and will be adding another investigator and extending hours to seven days a week.

Panel B: 030-12- C, 039-12- C
April case log was presented in detail and explained.

Old Business: Review Frank Cochran’s Policies and Procedures Dated 2-9-2012 for discussion at next meeting
